Located in Fulton County and transitioning from six unincorporated northeast Fulton communities – Newtown, Warsaw, Ocee, Shakerag, Autrey Mill and Johns Creek  this up-and-coming city, was nothing but farmland only 30 years ago. The city takes its name from John’s Creek, a city creek that was a tributary of the Chattahoochee River.

Homes in the price range of $500,000 – $600,000 thousand are the norm, with a wide selection of 2 million plus dollar homes as well. Convenience also flourishes here with great shopping and restaurants within a stone’s throw, and more being planned to accommodate a walking-distance lifestyle. One visit to Johns Creek, GA will make anyone see why the city was designated one of the Top 25 Places to Live in the country, thanks in part to its central location within Metro Atlanta, top-notch schools and healthcare options, and cutting-edge technology and business development.
